Through Advent, we prepare for the coming of Jesus. The third week of Advent focused on joy and we definitely felt joy with our first in-person Christmas concert in three years!

Monday, December 12th is the last day to send in gift cards for our Angel Tree. Each year, our Social Justice Club runs our Angel Tree initiative to support local community members over the Christmas holidays. We are collecting gift cards of any denomination to anywhere in town and ask for our families to pray for all those who may be alone, sick or struggling this Christmas season.

A special thank you to Mrs. Toews and her Senior High Drama Class who put on their first production this past week! It's been several years, and the wait did not disappoint!

As we came together today to celebrate our Advent Mass, we asked God to give light to our eyes and peace to our hearts. May the Lord find us watching and waiting in joy when He comes. #olsfaith

We had our teacher versus student volleyball games to wrap up the season, with a special guest appearance from Father Lezano (who joined the teachers) and of course our mascot!

Sunday was the first day of Advent. Hosted by our OLS School Council, families came together to celebrate the beginning of Advent with Advent Crafts, Advent Wreath Making, St. Nicholas Crafts, Music and Colouring. Thank you to all of our volunteers and to those who were able to join us! #olsfaith

Our lost and found is eagerly awaiting your arrival at parent-teacher interviews!

It’s Mrs. Buchko’s favourite time of the year!! Our book fair is on now! Tuesday and Wednesday shopping 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Parents are more than welcome to drop by any time during these hours!
